    Senator Palumbo moved to amend the committee substitute on pages eight and nine, section four, lines five through nine, by striking out all of subdivision (1);

    On page nine, section four, line eleven, after the word “article;” by inserting the word “or”;

    On page nine, section four, lines twelve through fifteen, by striking out all of subdivisions (3) and (4);

    On page nine, section four, line seventeen, by changing the semicolon to a period and striking out the word “or”;c

    On page nine, section four, lines eighteen through twenty, by striking out all of subdivision (6);

    And,

    By renumbering the remaining subdivisions.
